Munro Return Policy

A return authorization can be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date and must accompany your return to receive your refund. See below for exclusions.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the original payment method, including Munro eGift card purchases, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center within 45 days from your order date.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box. A $5. rebox fee will be deducted from the refund if the return is received without the original shoe box.

Items that have been worn, have pet hair, odors, etc., will be refused a refund. In which case, a customer service representative will contact you for a pre-paid shipping label to return your shoes to you.

For your convenience, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label is available, at a discounted price of $9.95, per label, which will be deducted from your refund. If you need to combine returns from separate orders, email or call customer service for assistance. The cost of the pre-paid return shipping label will be waived if an obvious defect in craftsmanship or material quality is found by our inspectors.

Return shipping is the responsibility of Alaska & Hawaii residents.

If you elect to return your shoes via your choice of carrier, it will be at your own expense and a shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund. Please record the tracking number for your records.

Please note: If you elect to return your purchase at your own expense, we cannot change your selection and/or provide you with a pre-paid label. Munro is not responsible for packages lost in transit. 

To request a return authorization and/or pre-paid FedEx return shipping label, click this link, or scroll to the bottom of this page, click "Request A Return," enter your order number and email address associated with the purchase. Click "Find Your Order."  Select the shoe(s) you wish to return. Select the reason for each style you are returning, click "next." Click "Refund to original payment method." 

For a FedEx pre-paid shipping label at a discounted amount of $9.95 (which will be deducted from your refund), select "FedEx pre-paid ground label," or, if you wish to return your purchase at your expense, select "Ship with the carrier of your choice."

Review your selections and click "Submit." Once completed this cannot be changed. 

Based on your choice, a FedEx pre-paid shipping label, or a simplified return authorization, will be emailed to you. If you use the same carton to return your purchase, please be sure to remove or cover any barcodes or other labels already on the carton.

Exclusions:

  • Advertised specials, and deeply discounted styles, do not qualify for a FedEx pre-paid return shipping label; please call or email customer service for instructions if you need to return these purchases.
  • Styles priced for Final Sale ($60. and under) are not eligible for a FedEx pre-paid return shipping label. *Email or call customer service at 1-800-819-1901 to request an exception to replace your Final Sale style.*
  • Worn shoes are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • If an obvious defect in craftsmanship or material quality is visible, email customer service pictures of the issue, along with, top, bottom, and side views of your shoes.
  • Shoes altered, for any reason (including, but not limited to, outsole taps or protectors, inside counter heel pads, stretched, etc.), are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If you feel the need to alter your shoes, please contact customer service first. 
  • Rewards, coupons, or discounts are not refunded.
  • Other than a verified defect in craftsmanship or material quality, the pre-paid return shipping label charge will be deducted from your refund (including unused labels).
  • Alaska and Hawaii residents are responsible for all shipping charges. If a FedEx pre-paid label is provided, the full amount of the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • FedEx pre-paid return shipping labels are valid from the original ship-to address only.
  • We do not refund shipping costs for any reason, including, but not limited to lost or stolen packages. It is incumbent on you to see that your package is secured when delivered. Link to our Shipping Guide.
  • We do not reimburse for corrugated shipping cartons.
  • We do not accept returns purchased from other retailers, including authorized Munro retailers. Shoes must have been purchased at www.munrosoccerfield.com to be eligible for an authorization to return. 
  • We're sorry, but currently, our website does not process exchanges. If you need a different size, width, color, or style than what was originally ordered, please request a return and submit a replacement order.
  • Unauthorized returns may be reclaimed by sending a pre-paid shipping label to customer service.

Requirements to return styles priced Final Sale ($60. and under), you

  1. a) are responsible for the return shipping cost,
    b) will be charged a $5. processing fee,
    c) must replace the shoe with another pair of same or higher price,
    d) are responsible for the shipping charges (unless the replacement pair(s) are over $99.),
    e) must purchase the replacement pair during the call when requesting a return.
